Meditation is the practice of bringing focus to the present moment. A simple practice with infinite depth. Join us each Tuesday evening at Show Hill Yoga, next door to the Serenity Shoppe. Practice is from 6:45 to 7:45 pm right after Deb Rolig's de-stress yoga class (5:30 - 6:30). In fact, Deb's yoga class is a great lead-in to meditation practice. Come early and attend both. I know you'll be happy you did. This is a free, drop-in class, a $5 donation will be gratefully accepted if you feel so guided. |
